When will my order Ship?
o Your order ships within 1 - 3 Business Days for any In stock products.
o Bulk Bags are only for Pre-Order unless mentioned otherwise⚡️
o Please see Home Page for the most current date for Pre-Orders.
o Please remember if you order in stock stones along with pre-orders, your order will ship once the pre-order has arrived. If you need your in stock items before your pre-order comes in please make 2 separate transactions.
o For Pre-orders, it takes 15 - 20 business day from the last day of the Pre-Order. (Ex. If the pre-order date is July 1, 2022 - July 10, 2022 you will receive your order in 15 - 20 business days from July 10, 2022)
How long does shipping take?
o We choose shipping options of 3 - 5 business days for your convenience.
o If you choose Fast delivery we ensure to follow proper delivery instructions.
RETURNS
What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
o We do not accept any Returns or Exchange at this time. But we will be happy to work out any problems with your order such as the wrong color or size; from our end.
When will I receive my Refund?
o If an item from your order list is for any reason not in stock; you will be refunded automatically.
